While businesses closed and schools emptied for the recent holiday weekend, Friendship Circle @ the Jewish Children's Museum was going strong with a special School Holiday Event. Last Thursday at the Jewish Children's Museum, sixty-five children with special needs enjoyed craft activities, refreshments and a magnificent show by famed juggler Sam Jacobs.
The event was part of an ongoing schedule of entertaining programs for Friendship Circle members. Among the many Friendship Circle events this month are the recent Mom's Night Out, an upcoming special-needs basketball game and a Dad's Night Out.
The Friendship Circle thanks all the girls from Ohr Chana School for giving their time and dedication to make the event the success that it was.
