Each year 10,000 Jewish children across the CIS spend hours studying Jewish concepts and traditions, motivated by a chance to win one of Tzivos Hashem’s ten grand prize trips to the United States.
While gaining Jewish knowledge makes every child a winner, ten grand prize winners experience a life-altering trip to the United States. Along with sight-seeing tours and leisure activities, the children are introduced to their American peers, which allows them to see how Jewish pride, observance, and success can go hand in hand. Because they demonstrate such potential, special effort is made to enable the contest winners to further their Jewish education in the United States, and past winners have gone on to study at Yeshiva University, Stern College for Women, and other yeshivas and seminaries.
