Tzivos Hashem arranges tours of local matzah bakeries for school groups. Students are able to see the elaborate preparations involved with making matzah and how from the moment the flour and water are mixed, there are only 18 minutes until the finished matzah comes out of the oven. Everyone gets a piece to take home.
